RETURNS
We believe in keeping our environmental footprint to a minimum, we therefore do not offer free returns and encourage customers to purchase our items consciously.
Should you wish to make a return our returns period is 30 days from receipt.
The items must be unworn and in their original condition and packaging.
How to return an item:
Please email us at contact@baskandgroove.com include your full name, order number and reason for return.
Once we have your return request, we will email you our postal details. Please use a tracked shipping service and ship within the 30 day returns period.
If you believe you received an incorrect item or an item is damaged please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your item. We will do our very best to amend this at no expense to the customer.
Exchanges:
We do not offer exchanges of items. If you wish to exchange an item, please return it and place a new order.
